A Little About Me
I was born and raised in Germany. I studied social pedagogue, and African science and received several trainers and sports certificates. I worked for 18 years in a “women and children health and rehabilitation clinic” and was responsible for the coordination and execution of all sports programs. When I moved in 2006 to the US I pursued my career goals and received additional certifications in the health and fitness industry. I like to do sports, especially outdoor like running, track and field, hiking, inline skating as well as cross country and downhill skiing in the wintertime. But I also enjoy the 3 P's: Pilates, Pickleball, and Ping Pong. My biggest challenges so far were running my first marathon in Chicago and climbing Kilimanjaro in Tanzania. I think moving is a great gift and everyone should do some sports,- for the body, the mind and also for social life. I love sports and want to help others get moving, too.
