GREEN HULK DIP RECIPE
Try this recipe from our Stowe Family YMCA Nutritionist!
Prep Time: 7 minutes
INGREDIENTS
- 1 1/2 cups raw cashews
- 3/4 cup water
- 3 Tbsp fresh lime juice
- 1 Tbsp pure maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup cilantro
- 1/2 cup parsley
- 2 green onions, chopped
DIRECTIONS

Soak the cashews 2-3 hours at room temperature, or 5 minutes in boiling water.

Drain & rinse the soaked cashews.

Add all of the ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
Enjoy by dipping pita chips carrots, celery, peppers, cucumber and more!
